Ingredients:
200-250g Tofu [Or Indian Cottage Cheese Paneer]
1/2 Cup Onion
1 Cup Tomato
2 Green Chilli
1 Inch Ginger
3 Small Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
Red chilli powder
1/4- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
3 Tablespoon Oil, Ghee or Butter
Salt as required
2 bunch Coriander leaves
Paanch Phoron

- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon nigella seeds also called black cumin or kalonji
