Ingredients:

2 cups water

1 tsp ginger grated

2 nos cloves

1/2 inch cinnamon

2 nos cardamom

1 tbsp sugar

1 – tsp tea powder [Add 1\2 tsp extra if you like it strong]

2-3 nos Mint leaf or squeeze some Lemon juice
