5 – Milk Bread Slices

Vegan Egg:

1/4 cup Chickpea Flour\ Basen Flour

2 teaspoon Rice Flour

1/4 Teaspoon Black salt

1\4 cup Milk\Mylk

The Rest:

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric

1 Teaspoon Chilli powder

1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes

1 small Green chillis

2 Bunch Chopped coriander

3\4th cup Water

Vegan Bombay Toast

Bombay toast is my dad's Favourite Street Snack! As we grew up around North Indian families in Chennai, There are small street shops selling Bombay toast, Pav bhaji, and Vada pav. This is my vegan take on his favourite.
