Notably, I got my culinary training at the Vegan School in Goa, where I really fell in love with plant-based cooking. In 2023, I hit the road and traveled around India, soaking up different regional flavors and cooking styles. I’ve also had the chance to host a bunch of private dinner clubs, where I’ve had a blast whipping up unique vegan dishes for my guests. Plus, I spent six months working with a private chef, which gave me some awesome hands-on experience and helped me sharpen my skills.

I’ve contributed to and authored recipes for a book project, sharing my plant-based culinary creations and insights. Additionally, I’m all in to collaborate with new and established restaurants to create custom menus or dishes. I also help train their staff and promote these offerings to my audience on social media with support from my production team.
