Lemon Rice
Materials
3-4 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoon oil
3/4 teaspoon mustard
1 -2 teaspoon channa dal (broken chickpeas)
1 teaspoon urad dal (black gram)
4 tablespoon cashews and peanut
2 dried red chillies
1 green chilli (or two it you don’t use dried chillies)
1 spring curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of hing (Optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions
- Notes:Always add lemon juice after you add the rice and make sure to turn of the stove before adding the lemon juice.
