For Hot Oil
- 250 ml PeanutNeutral Oil
- 3 Garlic Clove
- 2 Inch Ginger
- 1 Whole Cardamom
- 1/2 Tsp Clove
- 2 Whole Star anise
- 2 Sticks Cinnamon
For Dry Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tbsp 5 Spice Mix
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Pinch Sichuan Pepper Optional
