I’m passionate about creating culinary experiences that delight and inspire.

Notably, I got my culinary training at the Vegan School in Goa, where I really fell in love with plant-based cooking. In 2023, I hit the road and traveled around India, soaking up different regional flavors and cooking styles. I’ve also had the chance to host a bunch of private dinner clubs, where I’ve had a blast whipping up unique dishes from around the world for my guests. Plus, I spent six months working with a private chef, which gave me some awesome hands-on experience and helped me sharpen my skills.
I’ve contributed to and authored recipes for a book project, sharing my plant-based culinary creations and insights. Additionally, I’m all in to collaborate with new and established restaurants to create custom menus or dishes. Also help train their staff and promote these offerings to my audience on social media with support from my production team.
